Return terms Please note that after the product is returned, if the product that needs to be exchanged has been sold out, it will be processed as a return in all cases. If a return is made, membership points and discounts will be deducted in proportion to the original discounts. Except for headwear, accessories, belts, and gloves, all products can enjoy a fourteen-day return service. There is no need to pay a return handling fee. The shipping costs of returned products are borne by the customer. Returned merchandise must be in brand new condition, without damage or stains, not exposed to water, with the tag intact and without any bends or damage, intact packaging, and free of additional smells such as perfume/cigarettes/body odor/laundry detergent. [Method 2: Cash] The amount will be refunded to the original payment method when the order was placed. The return procedure will be completed within 14 days after signing for the returned item. Once the returned goods are confirmed to be correct, a notification will be sent via email to complete the return procedure and cash refund period. We will refund the cash to the original payment method used when placing the order within 30 days after completing the return procedure. We will notify you by email again after the refund is completed. ※ If you choose to return cash, the discount amount deducted due to return and failure to meet the discount/full conditions will be deducted. ※ The deducted free shipping discount will be calculated based on the freight amount incurred by sending the express mail. If the order uses points/return shopping credits/birthday shopping credits/reward shopping credits/free shopping credits/returned shopping credits, the refund will be given priority to the member account on the original expiration date. If the order has enjoyed multiple items or a combination of discounts, and the discount conditions are not met after the return, the difference in discounts will be directly deducted from the returned cash without further notice. Since Hongkong Post registered mail delivery fails for the first time, the recipient will be required to pick up the parcel in person at the post office. If the above situation occurs, we will not be able to arrange for manpower to pick up the mail in person at the post office. The mail will be automatically returned to the sender due to overtime pickup without further notice. Any costs and risks incurred will be borne by the customer. Return shopping credits cannot be used to pay for shipping charges or exchanged for cash and can only be used at. About exchange Please use DHL, UPS or SF Express for exchanging items.
